Consultations

All clients begin with a free 15-minute consultation. This ensures we are a good fit and allows us to recommend appropriate services.

No Guarantees

While we strive to create calm, functional spaces, results vary based on client participation, maintenance, and personal habits. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Being present for sessions (unless otherwise agreed)
• Making final decisions about what to keep, donate, or discard

Payments

Payment terms will be communicated prior to booking. Services may be invoiced through third-party platforms (such as HoneyBook or Squarespace). Payment is required before or at the time of service unless otherwise stated.
